Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Lead Consultative Workshops: Act as the primary advisor to US-based legal teams, deeply documenting their contract negotiation playbooks, redlining positions, and specific risk tolerances.
- Legal Domain Authority: Serve as the subject matter expert in client-facing engagements, guiding General Counsel and Legal Ops leaders through the definition of AI-driven negotiation instructions.
- Technical Translation: Convert nuanced legal requirements into structured, actionable logic for technical teams to build precise AI models and prompts.
- High-Level Quality Assurance: Perform expert-level validation of platform outputs to ensure AI-generated redlines align perfectly with client commercial standards.
- UAT & Implementation Support: Support clients through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, gathering feedback to refine tool performance and ensure technical "readiness."
