The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Senior Manager to join Teneo’s Forensic Technology practice. Our team supports clients across the full forensic technology and eDiscovery lifecycle, working on litigation, disputes, investigations and regulatory matters. We are known for delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that combine technical expertise with a client-focused approach.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex client engagements across the EDRM lifecycle, working closely with a collaborative and growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver our work, supporting the development of our capabilities, and building trusted relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data management, preservation and analysis across a range of ESI and physical records, supporting both investigations and litigation matters
- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery and forensic technology engagements, including data collection, processing, analysis, review and reporting
- Manage multiple client matters, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective risk management, and strong day-to-day client relationships
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by supporting business development, enhancing ways of working, and mentoring junior team members
- Advise clients on their Artificial Intelligence (AI) journey, including conducting assessments, technology selection, implementation, policy creation, and training
Key Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who’s both technically strong and great to work with, comfortable getting stuck into large, complex data sets while supporting investigations, disputes and litigation. You’ll enjoy helping others grow, feel confident using and shaping AI tools, and be able to explain complex ideas in a clear, straightforward way, all while thriving in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- 8+ years of forensic technology experience in a consulting environment preferably gained at a Strategy or Management Consulting firm, Big 4 or corporate internal consulting function
- Excellent technical expertise across forensic technology disciplines including: data processing, early case assessment, review & analysis, and production
- Thorough understanding of Data Privacy and Data Protection, including the ability to consult with clients on best practices
- Deep experience in utilizing AI tools and designing testing, policies, and training in support
- Intermediate understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including the ability to design tools in support of engagements and improve internal efficiencies

Base Salary Range
$150,000-$220,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
Total Compensation Package
Includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and perks.
Flexible Work Policy
Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company's expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of 3 days a week.
