BlueDot Impact is a non-profit talent accelerator founded in 2022, focused on building the workforce for beneficial AI and societal resilience. The organisation addresses the gap between rapid AI advancement and the growth of the safety workforce by training professionals in AI safety, AI governance, and biosecurity. It operates from London and San Francisco with a small but rapidly growing team.
The organisation offers a range of free online courses, including Technical AI Safety, AI Governance, AGI Strategy, and Biosecurity. These are complemented by grants and intensive in-person programs. To date, BlueDot Impact has trained over 7,000 professionals worldwide, with 25% of graduates landing impactful positions within six months of completing a program.
BlueDot Impact has secured significant funding to support its mission, totalling $35 million, including $25 million received in 2025. Its work sits at the intersection of technology policy, technical research, and global health security, aiming to develop expertise in areas critical to managing emerging global risks.
