UA Talents
UA Talents runs Jobs for Humanity, an inclusive job board and set of targeted job sites connecting underrepresented talent with employers, plus DE&I training and job seeker coaching.
UA Talents operates Jobs for Humanity, a global movement that connects historically underrepresented talent with employers committed to diversity and inclusion. Founded in 2020, the organisation runs an inclusive job board and a set of targeted job sites, alongside support services for candidates and training for employers. Its work spans employment and recruitment, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and training and coaching.
The Inclusive Job Board lists more than 3,000 live jobs and serves over 1 million candidates. Alongside it sit dedicated sites for specific groups: Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind for blind and low vision candidates, Jobs for the Neurodivergent, and Rainbow Jobs for LGBTQIA+ talent. The stated aim is to transform hiring processes globally.
UA Talents also provides DE&I Training for employers seeking to build inclusive hiring practices, and Job Seeker Support Services covering professional coaching, resume support and interview preparation. The groups served include refugees, blind and low vision people, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ professionals, returning citizens, single parents and veterans. Employers partnering with the movement include Booking and Macmillan Learning.
