Novee Security builds an AI-powered penetration testing platform that provides continuous vulnerability discovery, proof of exploitation and remediation guidance. Founded in 2025 and based in Tel Aviv, Israel, the company positions continuous, AI-driven testing against the traditional model of annual penetration tests, covering web applications, mobile applications and adversarial AI red teaming.

At the centre of the platform is a proprietary offensive AI model built to think and operate like a real attacker rather than relying on generic large language models. The company states that the model outperforms frontier LLMs by over 55% on real exploitation benchmarks. Complementing it is an agentic remediation capability that issues AI agent-driven guidance for vulnerabilities as they are found.

The company raised $51.5m within four months of founding, with investors including YL Ventures, Canaan Partners and Oren Zeev. Its team includes veterans of Unit 8200, the Iron Dome program and elite zero-day research programs, and is described as having extensive nation-state offensive security experience.

Technical work spans artificial intelligence, agentic AI, large language models, zero-day research, vulnerability discovery and exploitation. The company operates in the cybersecurity, offensive security and application security sectors.
