LUZA Group

LUZA Group is a multinational engineering and IT talent and services company founded in 2006. Formerly known as PTC Group, it grew from a small family business in Portugal into an operation spanning 10 countries, with more than 1,200 professionals. The company connects businesses with engineering and IT talent through two delivery models: Outsourcing (Talent as a Service), which places qualified teams as embedded talent intended to deliver from day one, and Full Service, an end-to-end model that takes responsibility from planning through execution on client projects.

Its technical work spans engineering, information technology, Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, including mobility engineering and aerospace engineering. Sectors served include mobility, aerospace, mining, energy, telecommunications and life sciences. The LUZA name draws on Portuguese heritage, referencing “Lusitano” and, in the company’s account, symbolising light, clarity and a bold spirit.
