James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a senior eDiscovery professional to provide consultative and technical expertise in the delivery of eDiscovery Solutions driven through innovative workflows, processes & cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities
Drive the firms awareness, adoption and service offering of eDiscovery technology, analytics & machine learning to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Project scoping, data identification, collection, and processing, including the use of early case assessment (ECA) strategies and workflows
- Consultation on document review strategies and workflows
- Analytics to assist in disclosures, investigations, employment tribunals, contract review and DSARs
- Implementation of the firm’s eDiscovery strategy and best practices
- Vendor management of eDiscovery software providers
Experience
Minimum of 5 years eDiscovery project management & Relativity experience.
- Strong technical understanding of litigation support and eDiscovery technology.
- Law firm experience highly desired, although non-essential
- A technically proficient, logical, and analytical person who will question the way things are done, find solutions to technical problems, and implement those solutions.
